1. Scope
This proposed policy covers use of Atomic’s builder, prompts, generated applications, hosted resources, and integrations. It is intended to form part of the final Terms of Service. You are responsible for authorized users and applications you operate.
2. Unlawful or harmful activity
Do not use the service to commit fraud, facilitate exploitation, threaten or harass people, distribute unlawful content, or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Child sexual abuse material and sexual exploitation of minors are prohibited.
Do not impersonate a person or organization deceptively, build phishing experiences, steal credentials, facilitate scams, or distribute malware.
3. Protect systems and resources
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass authentication or billing controls, extract another customer’s data, evade usage limits, or interfere with service availability. Do not use the service for denial-of-service activity, abusive automated traffic, unsolicited bulk messaging, or unauthorized resource consumption.
Security testing must stay within an expressly authorized scope. A vulnerability report is not permission to access other users’ records, persist access, or disrupt operations.
4. Handle data responsibly
Only submit information you have the right and lawful basis to process. Do not place secrets, credentials, or unnecessary personal data into prompts or public source files. Configure access controls for your app’s actual audience.
Do not use the standard service for sensitive or regulated records, including protected health information, payment-card data, or special-category personal data, unless a written agreement and the deployed safeguards explicitly support that use.
5. Review generated applications
Do not represent generated output as professionally certified, secure, or legally compliant without an appropriate basis. Test your applications before publication and take reasonable steps to address reported vulnerabilities and harmful behavior.
Third-party integrations may impose their own lawful-use requirements. You are responsible for services you connect directly and for your app’s relationship with its users.
6. Reports and enforcement
Report suspected abuse to info@absmach.eu. Include the relevant URL, a description, and supporting context without unnecessarily sharing personal information.
Proposed responses include requesting remediation, restricting a feature, removing unlawful content, or suspending access according to the seriousness and urgency of the issue. Where appropriate, the provider should explain the action and allow review, subject to legal and security constraints.
To finalize: verify the operating abuse process, appeals, response ownership, evidence retention, and any hosting-platform notice obligations before this policy becomes effective.
