Start with one useful journey
Describe who the app is for and the action you want to test. Build the screens that support that path first.
PROTOTYPES WITH ATOMIC
Move the conversation beyond a description. Build screens people can try, explore the flow together, and use what you learn to decide what comes next.
Made for your idea. Preparing for early access.
MADE FOR THE WAY YOU BUILD
A focused prototype helps you test a useful question instead of trying to build everything at once.
Describe who the app is for and the action you want to test. Build the screens that support that path first.
Explore screens, roles, and dialog states on the canvas. Try the experience with sample data before connecting real users.
Point to an element, add a visual annotation, and ask for a change. Keep source versions as the idea develops.
A FEW IDEAS TO GET YOU GOING
Use one of these as a brief, then make it yours on the homepage.
“Prototype a community events app with an event list, event details, an RSVP flow, and an organiser’s attendee view.”
Start with this idea 02 / Product onboarding“Build a prototype for a project planning app with a welcome screen, project setup, first task, and a simple team dashboard.”
Start with this idea 03 / Client concept“Create a prototype of a membership portal with a member home, resource library, and an admin view using sample content.”
Start with this ideaFROM FIRST THOUGHT TO NEXT STEP
Choose the question you want to answer and describe the smallest journey that can test it.
Try the screens and states, gather feedback, and use the canvas and annotations to refine the idea.
Share a published frontend when appropriate. Add a backend on a paid plan when you are ready to test persistent data and real accounts.
Backend, database, authentication, custom domains, and collaboration are part of the proposed paid plans. See launch plans.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
About building prototypes with Atomic.
No. A prototype helps you explore a design and workflow. Before a real launch, review the generated code, test behaviour and access rules, replace sample content, and check any integrations and data handling.
Yes. Your screens start on sample data, with visual editing, source history, and source downloads. The proposed Free plan adds a backend, database, and authentication for one app; Builder and Pro add them for every app, with collaboration.
Yes. Atomic’s canvas supports screen and role previews, including states such as open dialogs. Templates bring sample accounts and records so you can explore a workflow from different perspectives.
You can inspect and download the generated source to review or hand off. Downloads do not include app users, business data, or hosting infrastructure. Broader app packaging and deployment choices remain on the roadmap.
