1. Scope of this notice
This draft covers cookies and similar storage or access technologies on the Atomic marketing website. It describes the checked application source, not a completed audit of every hosting, authentication, or third-party layer.
2. Current application behavior
The marketing website stores a cookie-consent preference in local storage. Optional Google Tag Manager measurement is withheld until you grant the corresponding consent. Demo bookings, the sample shopping bag, project selections, and typed ideas are held in page memory and reset when the page reloads.
The site uses locally hosted fonts and images. Google Tag Manager is available for consented analytics and marketing measurement; GA4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn tags must be configured separately and respect the category permissions. The site does not transmit early-access form fields through analytics events.
3. Hosting and external services
Hosting and access-control infrastructure may independently use cookies, identifiers, or request logs. External destinations and email applications operate under their own notices when you choose to use them.
To finalize: audit the actual public deployment, any access gate, response headers, injected scripts, and storage behavior. Record each technology’s name, provider, purpose, type, and lifetime. Do not treat a source-code review as proof that the deployed site uses no cookies.
4. Consent and choices
Where applicable law requires consent for a technology, it must not activate before a valid choice. A finalized implementation should explain purposes clearly, allow refusal and later withdrawal, and avoid treating continued browsing as consent. Strictly necessary technologies may have an exemption under applicable rules.
A preference banner now offers equally accessible acceptance and rejection of optional tracking, category controls for analytics and marketing, and a Cookie Preferences link in the footer to change or withdraw consent. Optional tags must be configured in GTM with the corresponding consent checks. Hosting and deployed tag behavior still require an audit.
5. Updates and contact
Update this notice when storage behavior changes and review whether renewed consent is required. Contact info@absmach.eu with questions about the website’s behavior.
