Start with the work
Describe the records you track and the stages they move through. Use Pipeline CRM or Help Desk as a starting point.
INTERNAL TOOLS WITH ATOMIC
Turn the process your team knows by heart into a tool everyone can use. Track the work, give each person the right view, and make the next action easier to find.
Made for your idea. Preparing for early access.
MADE FOR THE WAY YOU BUILD
Start with one workflow. Make the records, stages, and responsibilities clear before adding more.
Describe the records you track and the stages they move through. Use Pipeline CRM or Help Desk as a starting point.
Give sales, support, and admins screens for their own work. Preview roles and check who can read and change records.
Use shared workspaces and app collaborators on paid plans. Review changes together and keep a verified source version to return to.
A FEW IDEAS TO GET YOU GOING
Use one of these as a brief, then make it yours on the homepage.
“Build a CRM for a small agency with companies, contacts, deals by stage, an activity log, and a sales dashboard.”
Start with this idea 02 / Team help desk“Create an internal help desk with request submission, an agent queue, internal notes, and a knowledge base.”
Start with this idea 03 / Request tracker“Make a team request tracker with categories, assignees, statuses, and separate requester and manager views.”
Start with this ideaFROM FIRST THOUGHT TO NEXT STEP
Outline one process: the records, the stages, and who owns each action.
Try the tool with sample records and each team role. Refine the screens and test changes before applying them.
Verify record access, replace test data, and publish. Invite the right people to use and maintain the app.
Backend, database, authentication, custom domains, and collaboration are part of the proposed paid plans. See launch plans.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
About building internal tools with Atomic.
Pipeline CRM includes companies, contacts, staged deals, an activity log, and a dashboard. Help Desk includes requests, an agent queue, internal notes, and a knowledge base. Both are documented starting points you can adapt.
Yes. Shared workspaces and invited app collaborators are included in the proposed paid plans, with Editor and Admin roles. These building permissions are separate from the roles of people using your finished app.
Include the system and the required data flow in your brief. A connection needs a supported API, credentials, and implementation and testing. These pages do not promise ready-made integrations or automatic spreadsheet imports.
Atomic supports verified source history and frontend rollback. Restoring source or rolling back a published frontend does not restore business data. Plan data recovery separately and review the versioning guide.
